Where is my order
Once your order is confirmed, we need about 1-3 business days (Monday–Friday) to prepare and ship it. This processing time is not included in the estimated delivery timeframe shown at checkout.
You can follow your order’s journey through the tracking link in your confirmation email.
Tracking updates may be limited, the shipping carrier can provide more detailed information.
Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method you selected.
To which countries does Piperke deliver?
We currently ship across Europe, including the UK, Switzerland, and Norway. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, and orders over €80 ship free.
Shipping to the US and Canada is coming soon! Join our club to be the first to know when we launch there.
How do I return or exchange an item?
If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. If your order is eligible for a return or exchange, email info@piperke.com with your order details and a brief explanation of the issue, and we’ll take it from there.
How do I cancel or modify an order?
If you need to make a change, contact us quickly! There’s a brief period after placing your order when we may still be able to modify or cancel. Email info@piperke.com right away and we’ll do our best to help.
Is my payment secure?
Absolutely. Your security is our priority. All payments are encrypted and handled by trusted payment providers, and we never store or access your card details.
Payments are processed by Shopify, Stripe and Mollie, so your information stays fully protected.
