Welcome to Piperke! The terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Piperke. Piperke operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services, in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the "Services"). Piperke is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.
The terms and conditions below, together with any policies referenced in them (these "Terms of Service" or "Terms"), describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services.
Please read these Terms carefully. By visiting, interacting with or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms or our Privacy Policy, you should not use or access our Services.
Your statutory rights: Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes your rights as a consumer under applicable law, including the legal guarantee for faulty products and your right of withdrawal. If any part of these Terms conflicts with mandatory consumer law, the law will apply.
Section 1 – Access and Account
By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your country of residence, or that you are using the Services with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian. You also give us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use the Services on devices you own, purchase or manage.
To use the Services, including browsing our online store or purchasing any of our products, you may be asked to provide certain information, such as your email address, billing, payment and shipping information. You confirm that all information you provide is correct, current and complete, and that you have the right to provide it.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity on your account. You may not transfer, sell, assign or license your account to any other person.
Section 2 – Our Products
We make every effort to show our products as accurately as possible. However, colours and product appearance may look slightly different on your screen depending on your device and its settings.
All products you buy from us must match their description and be fit for normal use. If a product is faulty or not as described, you are protected by the legal guarantee under EU and Dutch consumer law. See our Warranty Policy and Return & Refund Policy for details.
We may update product descriptions, discontinue products, or limit the quantities of any products we offer to any person, region or country. Changes to product descriptions do not affect orders that have already been accepted.
Section 3 – Orders
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Piperke may accept or decline your order at its discretion. Your order is accepted once we send you an order confirmation by email. We must receive and process your payment before your order is accepted.
Please review your order carefully before submitting it. If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at info@piperke.com and we will do our best to help before your order ships. This does not affect your right to return your order within 30 days of delivery, as described in our Return & Refund Policy.
If we do not accept, change, or cancel an order, we will notify you using the email address, billing address and/or phone number provided with your order, and refund any payment in full.
You confirm that your purchases are for your own personal or household use and not for commercial resale.
Section 4 – Prices and Payment
All prices shown in our store include VAT. Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. For orders shipped outside the EU, local customs duties or import taxes may apply, as described in our Shipping Policy.
Prices, discounts and promotions may change at any time, but the price you pay is the price shown at the time you place your order, as set out in your order confirmation email.
From time to time we may offer promotions, such as Buy 2, Get 1 Free. Any specific conditions of a promotion will be stated with the promotion. For how returns work on promotional orders, see our Return & Refund Policy.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate payment and account information, and to keep it up to date so we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed. You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method you provide.
Section 5 – Shipping and Delivery
We pack and ship orders within 1–3 business days. Delivery times depend on the shipping carrier and your location, and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control.
The risk of loss or damage passes to you when you, or a person you have designated, receive the order. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us and we will help resolve it, as described in our Shipping Policy.
Section 6 – Intellectual Property
Our Services, including all trademarks, brands, text, displays, images, graphics, designs, product reviews, video and audio, and their selection and arrangement, are owned by Piperke, its affiliates or licensors, and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.
These Terms permit you to use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, republish, download, store or transmit any material from the Services without our prior written consent. Nothing in these Terms grants you any licence or rights to any intellectual property of Piperke, Shopify or any third party. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Piperke.
Piperke's name, logos, product names, designs and slogans are trademarks of Piperke or its licensors and may not be used without our prior written permission. Shopify's name, logo, product and service names, designs and slogans are trademarks of Shopify. All other names, logos and trademarks on the Services belong to their respective owners.
Section 7 – Optional Tools
We may give you access to tools offered by third parties as part of the Services, which we do not monitor or control. These tools are provided "as is" and without endorsement, and your use of them is at your own discretion. Please make sure you are familiar with and approve of the terms on which the relevant third-party provider offers them.
We may also offer new features through the Services in the future. These new features will also be part of the Services and subject to these Terms.
Section 8 – Third-Party Links
The Services may contain materials and links to websites operated by third parties. We are not responsible for the content or accuracy of third-party materials or websites. If you choose to visit them, you do so at your own risk.
We are not liable for any harm or damages related to your use of third-party websites or your purchase of products or services from third parties. Please review their policies carefully before engaging in any transaction. Complaints or questions about third-party products and services should be directed to the third party.
Section 9 – Relationship with Shopify
Piperke is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our store are made directly with Piperke. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and Piperke, including any injury, damage or loss resulting from purchased products and services. You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with Piperke.
Section 10 – Privacy
All personal information we collect through the Services is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Certain personal information may also be subject to Shopify's Privacy Policy.
Because the Services are hosted by Shopify, Shopify collects and processes personal information about your use of the Services in order to provide and improve them. Information you submit may be shared with Shopify and other service providers, some of which may be located outside your country, in order to provide the Services to you. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we, Shopify and our partners use your personal information.
Section 11 – Feedback and Reviews
If you submit ideas, suggestions, feedback, reviews, photos or other content (together, "Feedback"), you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, modify, publish and display that Feedback in any medium, including to promote Piperke and the Services.
You confirm that you own or have the necessary rights to your Feedback, that you have disclosed any compensation or incentive you received for it, and that it complies with these Terms. We are not obliged to keep Feedback confidential, to pay for it, or to respond to it.
We may monitor, edit or remove Feedback that we reasonably consider unlawful, offensive, threatening, defamatory, obscene or otherwise objectionable, or that infringes anyone's rights or these Terms.
Your Feedback must not infringe the rights of any third party, contain unlawful, abusive or obscene content, or contain viruses or malware. You may not use a false email address, pretend to be someone else, or otherwise mislead us or others about the origin of any Feedback. You are responsible for the Feedback you submit and its accuracy.
Section 12 – Errors, Inaccuracies and Omissions
Occasionally, information on the Services may contain typing errors, inaccuracies or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, shipping charges, transit times or availability. We may correct such errors at any time. If an error affects an order you have already placed, we will contact you, and you can choose to continue with the corrected order or cancel it for a full refund.
Section 13 – Prohibited Uses
You may use the Services for lawful purposes only. You may not use the Services, directly or indirectly: (a) for any unlawful or malicious purpose; (b) to violate any international, national or local laws or regulations; (c) to infringe our intellectual property rights or those of others; (d) to harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame or intimidate any of our employees or any other person; (e) to transmit false or misleading information; (f) to send, upload, download or use any material that does not comply with these Terms; (g) to send any advertising or promotional material, including spam, junk mail or chain letters; (h) to impersonate any other person or entity; or (i) to engage in any other conduct that restricts anyone's use of the Services or that may harm Piperke, Shopify or users of the Services, or expose them to liability.
In addition, you agree not to: (a) upload or transmit viruses or any other malicious code; (b) reproduce, duplicate, copy, extract, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Services; (c) collect or track the personal information of others; (d) spam, phish, pharm or pretext the Services; (e) use any robot, spider, scraper, data extraction tool, AI tool (such as agentic AI) or other automated means to access the Services, except as permitted under Section 14; or (f) interfere with, bypass or circumvent any security or access-control measures on the Services.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you seriously violate these Terms. Where reasonable, we will notify you and give you the opportunity to respond.
Section 14 – Agents
14.1 This section ("Agent Terms") applies if you use, allow, enable or cause the deployment of an Agent to access, use or interact with any Services. "Agent" means any software or service that takes autonomous or semi-autonomous action on behalf of, or at the instruction of, any person or entity, without direct supervision.
14.2 No Agent may access, use or interact with the Services unless, at all times, it identifies itself and operates in strict accordance with the requirements in Section 14.4. In addition, no Agent may access, use or interact with the Services if we have requested that it refrain from doing so.
14.3 We may limit, including by technical measures, whether and how any Agent accesses, uses and interacts with the Services.
14.4 Agents must: (i) in all HTTP/HTTPS requests, identify that the request is from an Agent and disclose the name of the Agent by including "Agent/[agent name]" in the request's user agent string; (ii) not conceal or obscure that any access, use or interaction is from an Agent, such as by mimicking human behaviour or completing or circumventing CAPTCHAs or other measures intended to distinguish computers from humans; (iii) respond truthfully to any question or prompt asking whether interactions come from a human or a computer; and (iv) not circumvent any measure intended to block, limit, modify or control whether and how Agents access, use or interact with the Services.

We may terminate these Terms or your access to the Services if you seriously breach these Terms. Termination does not affect orders already placed and accepted, or any rights you have under applicable consumer law. You remain responsible for any amounts due up to the date of termination.
The following sections continue to apply after termination: Intellectual Property, Feedback and Reviews, Termination, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Severability, Waiver and Entire Agreement, Assignment, Governing Law, Privacy, and any other provisions that by their nature should survive termination.
Section 16 – Disclaimer
The general information on our website (such as blog posts, styling ideas or other non-product content) is provided for general information purposes only. While we do our best to keep it accurate and up to date, we cannot guarantee that it is complete or error-free.
We also cannot guarantee that the website will always be available, uninterrupted, secure or free of errors.
This section does not apply to the products you buy from us. Our products are covered by the legal guarantee under EU and Dutch consumer law, and nothing in this section limits your statutory rights.
Section 17 – Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Piperke is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, such as loss of profit, loss of data or loss of revenue, arising from your use of the Services.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by our negligence; (b) damage caused by our intent or gross negligence; (c) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; (d) faulty products under product liability law; or (e) any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights as a consumer, including the legal guarantee and your right of withdrawal.
Section 18 – Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to compensate Piperke and Shopify for losses, damages or claims, including reasonable legal costs, brought by third parties as a result of: (1) your breach of these Terms; or (2) your violation of any law or the rights of a third party. This does not apply to the extent that the loss was caused by us.
Section 19 – Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, that provision will be removed or limited to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
Section 20 – Waiver and Entire Agreement
If we do not enforce any right or provision of these Terms, this does not mean we have waived that right or provision.
These Terms, together with the policies posted on this website (including our Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy, Warranty Policy and Privacy Policy), form the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of the Services, and replace any prior versions of these Terms.
Section 21 – Assignment
You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms to another organisation, provided this does not reduce your rights under these Terms or applicable law.
Section 22 – Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms and any orders you place with us are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. If you are a consumer living in another country, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country of residence.
If you have a complaint, please contact us first at info@piperke.com. We will respond as quickly as possible and do our best to find a solution. If we cannot resolve the issue together, you may bring a claim before the competent court in the Netherlands or in your country of residence.

The headings in these Terms are for convenience only and do not limit or affect their meaning.
Section 24 – Changes to These Terms
You can review the most current version of these Terms at any time on this page. We may update these Terms from time to time by posting the changes on our website. We will notify you of any material changes in accordance with applicable law, and they will take effect on the date stated in the notice.
Orders are governed by the version of these Terms in effect at the time the order was placed. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
