12-Month Piperke Warranty
All Piperke Tough cases come with a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects, starting from the day your order arrives. Think peeling prints, a cracked frame that wasn't caused by a drop, or MagSafe magnets that stop working.
Spotted a problem?
Email us at info@piperke.com with your order number and a quick photo of the issue, and we'll take it from there. Our Customer Care team usually replies within 1–2 business days. If your case is covered, we'll send you a free replacement, with shipping on us.
What's not covered
Our warranty covers manufacturing defects only. It doesn't cover:
- Accidental damage, such as drops, cracks, or water damage
- Normal wear and tear, such as minor scratches or fading from everyday use
- Cases that have been modified or altered
- Cases bought anywhere other than piperke.com
- Damage to your phone or other devices
- Lost or stolen cases
Your legal rights
This warranty is offered in addition to your statutory rights, not instead of them. Under EU and Dutch consumer law, you're entitled to a legal guarantee of at least two years for products that are faulty or not as described at the time of delivery. Our 12-month warranty doesn't limit or replace those rights.
